Vertice Sevilla

Avoid at all costs. Noisy, no charging points in room for phone, no tea, coffee, no working telephone , poor breakfast and was woken up at 5 am by aggressive knocking on door by drunk guests ! Avoid!!!

We are currently in Serville visiting friends (Dec 2025) we picked to stay at Hotel Vertice because the internet stated the pool was covered AND HEATED during December. This is not true!! The pool is freezing. I would have definitely stayed closer to the centre if I knew the pool was not heated at this time of year! There isn’t much to do or see around this area without a taxi ride into the city each day, but the offer of a heated pool was the deciding factor for us, now we are with no pool and an additional cost to travel each day - very disappointing

We had to change to this hotel for last two nights of our stay, My children loved everything about it and reception staff were very helpful especially Daniel was a great help about giving information and directions. Everything was close by and bus stop was literally outside the hotel, we travelled to city centre by bus every day without any hassle. Hotel swimming pool was so clean and my girls loved it. I will recommend this hotel and we will book it again if I go there again.
