Most-asked FAQs
Our most popular FAQs for July 2026.
We’re Sundeals – a straightforward holiday company, focused on good value without the noise. We strip things back to what matters, and we’re always clear about what’s included and what’s not.
That means:
No unnecessary extras added by default
Clear pricing and simple options
Honest information so you can compare properly
You still get a great holiday – just without paying for things you might not use.
Sundeals bookings are covered by ATOL protection to give you clear, UK-backed protection from the moment you book.
We sell traditional package holidays. Your holiday can include everything, or you can leave off things like checked bags or transfers to keep the price lower. Either way, your holiday still counts as a package – and that means it’s protected.
ATOL protection means:
Your money is protected if the travel company stops trading
You will not be left out of pocket if something goes wrong
If you are already abroad, arrangements will be made to get you home
You will receive an ATOL Certificate when you book, which confirms what is protected and who to contact if there is a problem. You can also read more about ATOL protection on the Civil Aviation Authority website.
Yes, Sundeals is a new business from TUI group, launched in the UK in July 2026.
It’s been started by seasoned travel experts with years of experience in the industry and lots of ideas on how it can work better for customers who love to find a great deal.
If you’d like to hear what our customers are saying about us, you’ll find us on Trustpilot. Because we're new, you might not see any or many reviews here just yet.
The Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangement Regulations 2018 protect you when you book a holiday package (flights and hotel together.)
These regulations mean:
You get clear information at every step of your booking
The holiday company is responsible if something goes wrong with your trip
Your money is protected
We'll let you know if your holiday is covered by these regulations before you pay.
All of our package holidays are ATOL protected. If you’re not familiar with ATOL, it’s the government-backed holiday protection scheme.
When you buy an ATOL-protected, flight-inclusive holiday from us, you will receive an ATOL Certificate. This lists what is financially protected, where you can get further information, what this means for you and who to contact if things go wrong.
For more information, please read through our booking terms and conditions or visit the CAA website.
Before you book, check the entry requirements for where you're travelling. This covers passport validity, visas and any health requirements. You'll also need travel insurance before making a booking with us.
When you're ready to book, you'll need:
First and last names for everyone travelling written exactly as per passports (middle names aren't needed)
Dates of birth for all passengers
A deposit payment to confirm your booking
You can then make your booking through our website.
After booking, you can add extras like airport transfers or experiences in your destination through Manage My Booking.
With Sundeals, booking your holiday is straightforward. Head to our homepage to search for a trip – you can filter by destination, dates and what matters most to you.

You'll find more information on our payment options page.
You can pay in full at time of booking or pay a low deposit with the remaining deposit due later on.
Your deposit, balance, amounts and dates will depend on how close to departure you're booking.
