Verdi Gzira Promenade

We arrived the 14 to the 23 July. Our experience of RUN DOWN NO MATINTENANCE EXPERIENCE. THE A/C didn't work blowing HOT AIR REPORTED SEVERAL TIMES ALL WE GOT WAS EXCUSES TRYING TO COVER UP . WAS OFFERED TO MOVE ROOMS AS THE A/C HOWEVER WORKED THE SAME . FRIDGE DIDN'T COOL . MATTRESS WAS OVER DUE TO BE CHANGED TAPS LEAKING CONSTANTLY. BATHROOM SMELLS LIKE SEWER. Breakfast Buffet was good. the only thing they refused to turn the A/C on and while we TRYING to enjoy Breakfast we were having a sauna it was that stuffy humid . Even staff looked hot and bothered because of the conditions. Put it down to budget restrictions as electricity/maintenance costs money that wasn't evidently taken in consideration. Asked for a discount on the accommodation that was refused. The experience was not good as at night we had a constant temperature of a Humid 27 `. We also we asked if we were not happy they were happy to refund us to go to another accommodation. Unfortunately, it's in peak times that was impossible. We travel every year and I must admit it was the worst place i have had the pleasure of staying. The weather was extremely hot for that time of year about 35/40`. O by the way the only thing was location was central. A plus.

I had a wonderful stay at Verdi Gżira Promenade in Malta. The hotel is in one of the best locations on the island, right on the waterfront and within walking distance of fantastic restaurants, cafés, shops, and easy transportation to explore Malta. (Verdi Hotels⁠) The room was beautiful, modern, spotless, and very comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. What truly made my experience exceptional was the outstanding management and staff. Everyone was warm, professional, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. If you’re looking for a hotel with an unbeatable location, comfortable rooms, and excellent service, I highly recommend Verdi Gżira Promenade. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Malta. Thank you to the entire team for making my trip so memorable!
