Good location opposite the free part of the beach We were given a ground floor room very noisy the bed was very uncomfortable. No swimming pool the hotel has a seating area bar on the roof that was always closed. Room cleaned daily Good shower Easy walk to the bars & bus boats Food was average, the supermarket just up the road was really cheap too.
Clean and tidy. Staff were courteous and extremely helpful at all times. Breakfast €12 was great. Would recommend it.
Upon checking out of the Venezia 2000 I became aware of missing valuable property (expensive headphones) which was left in a bedside drawer for the full duration of our trip for safe-keeping along with other valuables. Upon leaving it was not there. This was reported to the front desk who were unhelpful and dismissive of our concerns, unwilling to even check lost property initially and stating they could not contact housekeeping. Since arriving home I have had no communications from the hotel, no response via email. Such a shame to end our trip this way.
