This fully renovated, three-star hotel offers modern, comfortable, and functional accommodations in a strategic location between Granada's Technological Park of Health and the Nevada Shopping Mall. Just 400 meters from the Science Park and 600 meters from the Congress Center, the hotel provides easy access to the city center. The hotel features 70 comfortable rooms, ample covered parking, an outdoor pool and solarium, a pool bar, vending machines, a snack bar/cafeteria, and a buffet restaurant available for groups. Guests should be aware that rooms feature a clothes hook and luggage rack rather than a closet, chairs, or desks. From December 20, 2021, proof of COVID-19 vaccination or a negative diagnostic test is required to access the hotel restaurant.

strongly advise against staying at this hotel. On my first night, I discovered bed bugs in the room. I had to leave the room at 4 a.m., which completely ruined my stay. The overall condition of the room was also poor (questionable cleanliness, uncomfortable bed). A horrible experience that I wouldn't wish on anyone.
When Google this place, make sure not to confuse with another one similarly named "Hotel Urban Dream" which is closer to town. Also Google map does provide a very funny way of navigation going through unnecessary u-turns, use your common map sense instead. The hotel itself is very basic, and the free parking seems to have limited parking space only. The room we had was sort of standard size, with very basic furnishing. The most interesting part is that the shower stall does not have any place to hang the towel or clothes - and its door opens right in the middle of the room but not to the toilet.
Ok hotel out of centre, so good if you arrive by car. Taxi to city centre ca. 7-8eur. Cheap price, so value for money. There is no "normal" bathroom: toilet seat is behind a matt glass door, the wash basin is in the room next to the bed, and the shower is in one "cabinet" behind only a curtain or sliding door (we had two rooms, so the other had really only a curtain separating the shower from the bedroom area). So there is not as much privacy as usually in a normal bathroom. Small pool ok. Room was clean.
