About the hotel

Hotel Urban Creme is a stylish city hotel boasting 99 design rooms which are tastefully decorated in a combination of blue and cream colors. The hotel is located in the very centre of Prague in a lively area with plenty of restaurants, bars and cafés, within walking distance to the most popular historical monuments and a few steps from Palladium shopping centre. Metro station Florenc is only a 100 m from the hotel and so are the closest bus and tram stops which makes Urban Creme the perfect gateway to the wider city. Make sure not to miss the Amano Restaurant which serves excellent buffet breakfast and offers a wide choice of fine Italian dishes.

Decent place

Decent place. Location was good and it was clean. The hallway was very noisy though. The doors did not dampen any noise from the hallway.

Disappointing so called designer hotel

Awful welcome when checking in. Miserable reception staff very unhelpful. We had upgraded to superior rooms X 2. One of these rooms had a sink/basin in the actual bedroom. Meaning the bathroom only had shower and toilet. Odd to be shaving and brushing my teeth in the main bedroom. When I queried this I was told this was a superior room it is part of the design. Breakfast was included and was a joke. Buffet style yet doesn’t seem to get replenished. No option of oat milk so we had to opt each day for breakfast elsewhere. Rate it max 3 star.
