AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! Hotel an absolute Joke. Where do i start.....I've travelled this planet and this is TOP 2 WORST HOTELS I HAVE STAYED IN. FUNNY ENOUGH, TUNISIA 38 YEARS WAS THE WORST!!! THOUGHT I WOULD GIVE TUNISIA ANOTHER TRY..........MISTAKE!!! Reception run by miserable staff. Well, if your European, especially English THIS HOTEL IS NOT FOR YOU. Checked in early early morning, no hello no nothing. Heres a bottle of warm water. In lift, 2nd floor, out lift pitch black. Nearly fell down some stairs. Had to put phone torch on. Sensor lights came on after about 20 odd feet down the hallway. Into room. NO AIRCON(a poor dribble coming out even at Max!!! NO FRIDGE, NO TEA OR COFFEE. ROOM WAS STIFFLING. EVEN AFTER 3 TIMES OF ASKING NOT FIXED THE WHOLE 10 DAYS. GOT A FRIDGE JUST BECAUSE I SAID I NEED 1 FROR MY MEDICATION!!! JOKE. Had to keep back door open so even now i have scares from bites. NO FIRE DRILLS ON BACK OF DOOR WHICH IS LAW, NO INFO BOOKS ETC. Food the same, Brekkies(Crap Toaster), Lunch and Dinner. No little shop on site. To get beer for your meal you gotta walk to the Pool Bar. People putting Towels on the Sunbeds as early as 5am!!! Saw them from my Window. Pool guy when not half drunk( Was videoed drinking if the Hotel reads this!!! Mind you, the Entertainments Team werent far behind!!! Or when they wasnt sleeping in some rooms. Same old Music Day in Day out!!! If you like Adele, Ed Sheeran or Michael Jackson you'll be ok. It was their music they liked they put on. Too much Rap music WITH SWEARING TOO in the Lyrics. Young kids there. No Pool Table, Tennis Table disappeared. No Darts, No nothing for enjoyment for kids or adults. Poor!!! Beware the Staff too. 2 occasions including 1 manager, forcing their way into rooms to try it in with the young Ladies. 1 even tried with her kid there upon arrival and took cases up! He was drunk!!! Police called and even the staff taken to the Police Station. 1 was even forced to sign a Waiver to say nothing or lose room. Told to say nothing but they spread the word. They even in the end booked into another Hotel with 2 days to go. DOUBT THIS REVIEW WILL BE PUBLISHED BUT LOADS OF PEOPLE GOING OTHER ROOTS TO REPORT THIS UTTER RUBBISH HOTEL!!! Close to the beach yeah. 6 mins walk. Supposed to have its own private beach. Absolute rubbish!!! SEE PICTURES of the shambles it is. NO BAR, NO BEDS, DIRTY, About 6 Umbrellas. RUBBISH ALL OVER, CAMEL POO EVERYWHERE!!! Around are the others private beach areas. Totally different because they care!!! Tunisia Lodge DONT!!! Shops local and restaurants too are a short walk. Recommend ROVERS RETURN to eat and drink And STEAK AND CHEESE restaurant too. NO LIGHTING AROUND THE HOTEL GROUNDS AFTER ABOUT 11PM WHICH ITSELF IS A ROB, ATTACK OR WORSE NIGHTMARE FOR ALL!!! MOST OF THE STAFF ARE MISERABLE. SOME STAND OUT. THE POOL BARMEN MAHER (OUTSTANDING). FATHI BRINGING THE DRINKS AND MALEK(Good luck with your studies fella). And a big thankyou to the Housekeeping Team. Hard working and friendly. Gave our young Lady a very good tip. Deserved. I could go on but....... My advice, AVOID AT ALL COST AND PAY A BIT EXTRA AND GO ELSEWHERE!!! THIS IS NO WAY 4 STARS.......NO WAY!!! FRIDGES AND TEA AND COFFEE AND WORKING AIRCON IS STANDARD IN ANY ROOM!!! ** SEE THE PICTURE OF THE HOTEL MANAGER SHOUTING AT ONE OF THE GUESTS ** HOW PROFESSIONAL ** This was for 1 day when the POOL GUY probably half drunk grabbed all the Towels off the beds and threw them into reception. No notice. We came back, no towels. Others had put their towels in the beds and stayed with them. Then we returned and arguements started. Priority is with locals or the like....NOT OTHERS AS I STATED. This is a NON EUROPEAN HOTEL IS THE BEST WAY TO PUT IT..........NEVER AGAIN HERE OR TUNISIA!!! Wish i'd done more pictures. Oh, by the way...The Electrics in the whole hotel including the Bars, Above the Bars and behind the scenes should be Condemned. And that is from a professional Electrician.

Dirty room, stains on matress, and bedding, toilet leaked for three days flooding tge bsthroom. Food awful, seem to cater for their Tunisian guests. I was left hungry on an all inclusive holiday. The manager would accept that both myself and my husband struggled to find anything to eat. The rolls, fruit and cake was left on the bar uncovered in the heat. The bar area was like a dark dirty tunnel, with a smell of sewer down from the bar. Toilets by the pool were very dirty. Grounds unkempt in areas and the ampithreature was unusable. Steps in areas were very uneven which caused problems as we both have mobility issues. Looked for flights to get home early as the place was so bad. Contacted Tui via the app and I was advised that this was a third party hotel, even though booked at a Tui store and was not advised of this. We had a Tui flight and transfer. Told them the issues we had and was told that they would need to investigate and until they did this there was nothing they could do. Made a formal complaint to Tui and they told us that all they will do is send us an email as a formal apolgie. We are continuing to pursue Tui for compensation.
