This hotel had a defect in there sliding door to the balcony. My wife and I were inadvertently left outside on the balcony. When I called to get the front office to open the door no one came. I called 45 minutes later and the next person on shift was able to come and open the sliding door for us. This was absolutely a horrible experience.
Great stay! Location - perfect, right in the heart of the town and no longer than 15 minute walk to any bus stops, water sport meet ups and the caves of Drach. Food- yummy ! I’m a picky vegetarian and I always found a good range of things to eat. Not just pasta and chips like other buffet restaurants. There were also always vegan options too! Breakfast is lovely also with the highlight being the omelette station, ramón was especially talented, friendly and kind and always tried his best to understand my broken portuñol 🥀 Facilities- the bar and restaurant are open throughout the day, although I didn’t look at the lunch time menu. The pool is very small and quiet, it’s nice and clean and you can get a spot pretty easily most of the time, but the beach is directly across the road anyways so it doesn’t matter too much. ( go after 5pm for free sunbeds and nice cool water) Our room was small but that’s not a problem for us, we had no balcony in the annex building but we did have sliding doors to a terrace however we didn’t really need it because we kept the air con on whilst inside anyway. Absolutely scorching heat so the good air con is a lifesaver All in all, happy and helpful staff, great food, perfect view from the restaurant and a very relaxing atmosphere all round, suitable for all adults 🏝️ Totally irrelevant to the hotel - but just be aware if you have booked a shuttle. Our email told us we would be picked up at the corner next to the hotel but it was actually further down directly in-front at a car park. Almost missed it 😬
We had a great few days at the hotel. The view from the room with sea view was beautiful. The room was clean and delicate, and the beds were good. It was very quiet at night. The hotel is very centrally located, with a short walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. It was lovely in the shade by the pool in the morning. The breakfast was varied and delicious. We will definitely return.
