Amazing holiday with lovely staff

The management has to be very proud of there hotel and especially the staff it’s hard to pick out individuals as there all were great we have traveled all over this world and it’s very hard find a hotel that gave the service the Steigenberger staff gave us yes the rooms could do with a update but how long do you stay there and the room was spotless clean and the turndown service with the chocolates was a nice touch the food was 5 star from breakfast to lunch at the nineteen to the beach restaurant was all first class we will definitely be returning to this hotel very soon so thank you all off the staff and management for making our holiday unforgettable

I chose this hotel for my second vacation in Egypt. It is situated on a hill, very stylish and architectural different from other hotels in the area.. The view is amazing and eye catching.. I was arrived on July, 23 th in the evening and felt immediately very welcome. The staf at the reception was very helpful and friendly. All was arranged perfectly as II wished,, all went very quickly and smoothly. The staf at the restaurant was also very helpful and troughful.. The people even sang for me Happy Birthday 😀 which surprised me a lot and what I didn’t expect. Mr Magic from the animation did his work very good. Starting with stretching and aqua gym in the morning to the games in the afternoon and entertainment in the evening.which was prepared perfectly. I saw him speaking with some guests making them welcome . I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel, I highly recommend I want also to day thanks to the manager of this beautiful hotel.
