Sinem Hotel

Not stayed here before & arrived early hours of morning,the guy that met us off the transfer bus was very abrupt & didn’t feel welcoming at all but apart from him all the staff couldn’t have been nicer from the owners, bar staff & cleaners,although the hotel is a bit dated it was spotlessly clean & the housekeeping staff did our room most days,breakfast was typical Turkish which is fine by us but there was also beans,scrambled eggs & sausages (Turkish). We ate in the hotel a few times & food was really good,the owner told us that lots of guests had been coming for thirty years or more. We had a problem with our door not locking (they’d had new doors) but it was dealt with quickly. The shower cubicle in our room was tiny but we managed,Air Con was extra £7 a day I think,you could also pay for a kettle but there was a fridge in our room & I think you also had to pay to watch tv. No nets on windows so mosquitos were a problem at night. The hotel is central for everything & we would be very happy to stay here again.

This was my first solo holiday booked last minute. I thoroughly enjoyed every minute off it! Hotel Sinem was a good choice I really enjoyed my stay at Sinem lovely hotel with lovely staff always smiling and willing to help you. The manager Femi was brilliant such a nice guy. The breakfast was my favourite good quality food the scrambled eggs were out of this world! . My room was a good size and very clean hotel is located in a really good area with Blue Port just up the street and promenade and beach too. I met some lovely people staying at the hotel who made me feel at ease very friendly people. Thank you Sinem I deffintly will be coming.

Hi there We stayed at sinem hotel from 23rd September until 4th october there was 4 in our party. First the staff there are very friendly and helpful so the stars are for them really. Secondly the hotel whilst very run down looking needs modernising and painting is quite clean. Thirdly we couldn't give any more stars because we encounted discrimination and racism towards us,the owners who are present every day are turkish,my husband is turkish born but british citizen and myself british born,the other 2 in our party which was my husbands mum and sister are turkish. We was told from the start of our holiday that turkish people are not allowed at their hotel and said we should of paid more for the privilege of using the hotel because most in our party was turkish,he also went on to say we do not look good for english customers etc,that really boggles my mind,it was mentioned several times through out our stay,we couldn't mention this 2 my husbands mum and sister as it would of really upset them,but they knew something wasn't right though as they noticed certain things towards them coming from the owners. I really wanted to say something but we felt that it would of turned our holiday upside down especially for the mum and sister,and the staff was very lovely towards us so that helped a lot,the owner did let us use his hotel wheelchair as my husbands mum couldnt walk far,so for that at least we can thank him. But we felt we was not welcome from the constant telling us so and that is not nice to do this to anyone staying on a holiday that is supposed to be a happy time where memories are made. I hope anyone reading this will not book a holiday if your turkish because you are not wanted. Disgraceful people and they never have to worry as we would never darken their door again. If i was there on my own because I'm english i probably would of been very welcome but i wasn't because i was in a muxed marriage.
