Lovely staff. 5 star food but no chicken nuggets. Pools are rather small. Lovely hotel but nothing to do until 9.30pm when the entertainment is on. I would really recommend this hotel as a base and go exploring. The staff have a great sense of humour . Polite and smiling all the time. Rooms spacious and bathrooms clean and spacious as are the baths and showers. Sea views are amazing . Lovely walk down the sea prom. Beach is about 45 min walk down the prom.sea is clean and clear. No lounge area no comfy chairs but the family roof bar is exceptional

The hotel is in a nice location with good views. The atmosphere was relaxed but at meal times could get a little crowded round the buffet area. Unfortunately we had to be moved from our room, there was glass on the floor which cut my husband’s foot and we had creature in the room that left trail marks of the eating our sealed crisp packet. It was clean and we noticed they were always cleaning round the pool area, however rooms were a little dated and tired. We noticed the all male animation team put a lot on for the kids that were there, however when we went to use the pool tables, half of them were broken or had half the balls missing. We also had an issue with the safe not working and were told to wait for maintenance who never came. All in all it was an ok stay but unfortunately we would not return.

we stayed here from the 12thn July to the 23July 2026, we found the reception staff very polite as was most of the staff, the food was of a acceptable standard, the bars, if you have any pulmonary conditions these will mainly be off limits to you even though, Spain has smoking laws this hotel will do very little to help you, on asking a member of the pool bar team why was all these people smoking or vaping in a no smoking area I was verbally abused, I spoke with Julian the manager who did absolutely nothing about this. what very little he did about upholding the Spanish smoking laws, he put some no smoking signs on tables on one terrace which was removed within a couple of days, none of the staff said or did anything about upholding these Spanish smoking laws, people from the UK you would not get away with this in the UK why do you break Spanish laws. Now for the rooms we had 4 rooms we had paid for the royal elite upgrade, these rooms the furniture in them are in a poor condition the bath rooms are in very poor condition 3 out of4 had Black mould in them this is a health and safety concern in the UK, the only one which we had seen which didn't had been deep cleaned as i had complained about the rooms. the royal elite roof top terrace again as i had a pulmonary problem this was mainly not usable for me as people could smoke there smoking is on of my triggers, as the room where no smoking was ok , but the air conditioning was not working in this room and it was very hot and humid in there. as for the rom we stayed in there were things in that rom that wasn't good , biggest thing was the air conditioning inadequate we woke up absolutely wet through every night no wonder there is black mould in the rooms the extractor fan in the bathroom does not work, damp humid these conditions are where black mould will thrive. we was given a desktop fan which just blew the warm air around. the air conditioning was broken after it being fixed it was no better, after it being repaired one hour later it started leaking through the ceiling as we was the top floor it could not have been the room above, then again on our last night it did the same. now for the pool area well in a 11 night stay I never seen this area cleaned once. stains all over the floors. steps out of one pool was broken. now for the restaurant's the royal elite restaurant was very chilled out peace full loved it, but as for lunch when we had to use the main buffet where do I start it was like feeding time at the zoo, tables left with plates on them, on a couple of occasions we could not find a clean glass in the place. the snack bar was slightly better, to me there didn't seem to be enough staff, now for the royal elite i have already spoken about the roof top terrace, the other lounge was very good but as there was nothing in there this was adults only it didn't attract many people, so you could become very isolated, the drinks was of a very good standard, the royal elite rooms i have already spoke about, we paid for the Royal elite upgrade so we didn't have these issue's this did not work did it. this hotel is in a very bad need of a major update. i have been to better three star hotels. I would not recommend this hotel and under no circumstances would i take my grand children there
