Rainbow 2

The main door (the gate to rainbow 2 building) doesn't work for more than a week and the management don't care and didn't even pay any attention to my complaint about it..... The building is so old and need a maintenance........

We made our reservation on Booking.com, the hotel in the pictures was not the same ! It is very bad and old , first when we opened the room there was a terrible smell! The floor was sticky ! Then the next morning around 9 I wake up because of the noises from the maids ... after 20 minutes someone tried to unlock our door but the key was on the door so the maid started knocking and knocking, I said ,yes !?” And she said that she want to throw the trash can and I was so sleepy and told her that we don’t have any. So on the 3th day , again the knocking and we opened so they can clean the room, we asked them if they can give us new towels, and they said THEY CAN NOT, because they change them only on every 3 mornings ?!? Then we asked on the reception for new towels and they said that they don’t have any. I will never again visit this terrible and dirty hotel with impolite staff

Rooms are lovely and your in a good position half way between sunny beach and nessebar. Bus and taxis virtually outside door.... but if you bant to stay local everything you need is right outside.... prefect
