Lovely hotel, really modern and all very nice inside. Great swimming pool and spa area. Rooms are really good and all that you need. Really nice bar area. Restaurant and bowling alley, kids area to pass a few hours. Great location to stay off site for Disney if you not afraid of a bit of walking abc getting the train in from the local station. Would recommend

The cleaning service at this hotel is so poor that I have avoided dining at the restaurant. As a general rule, when you feel a hotel isn’t cleaning your room to a good standard, strip the bed completely, as you will be surprised—most hotels only turn down the bedding and do not actually provide fresh bedding. I will attach pictures to show that the hotel cleaners are not meeting the right standard. Be warned, if you want a clean room, there’s a high chance the cleaners will not provide this service and it’s very important hotels have a strong cleaning team. They have been poorly cleaning the room for several days, so after the first instant, I strip the bedding completely that way it forces the cleaners to provide new bedding and then don’t even bother to scrub to bath or mop the floors Second time staying at the hotel. First time was fine , only stayed 3 days. This time staying over 5 days. It’s very easy to Disney land and it has sauna/steam room and pool which is good for kids. Bar staff were lovely and the reception staff I spoke with in person have all been pleasant.

Great hotel, very clean and the reception staff were so friendly We had a family room with a sofa bed and an upstairs area with a double bed, both were really comfortable. We ate in the onsite Italian restaurant, the food was delicious and my daughter loved the arcade. There is a supermarket, pharmacy and more restaurants 5 minute walk away. It’s a basic hotel, but very comfortable
