It was the worst experience I had with hotels in Europe! They didn’t have available room at our check in time and had to wait for an hour to get the room. The reason they gave us was that their team are on lunch!!! Keep away from this hotel if you don’t want to ruin your trip
We needed a reasonably priced hotel prior to an early morning flight from the Porto Airport. This small hotel, adjacant to the expressway, 15 minutes from the airport, was a very pleasant surprise. Our 4th floor room next to the elevator was very quiet. The desk staff told us they have special sound barrier windows. While the very clean twin and double bed room did not have extra amenities such as a mini fridge or coffee maker it was the perfect place for a one night stay. A large amount of towels were provided for use in the small bathroom. We selected a breakfast option and were provided with a large box of food including a sandwich, juice, pastry, cookies and an energy bar for our early flight. Burger King is right next door if you desire fast food. The staff were very pleasant and provided us with local resturant suggestions.
The hotel was close to the highway but the room was very quiet. The glazing was excellent. The staff were kind and caring and the room was fine. We parked outside the hotel with no problems and used Ubers to travel into the city. Much easier than driving and parking. Already recommended to friends for their stay.
