Terrible experience very poor hotel
First of all this hotel is nowhere near a 3 star. It has been the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Upon arrival the staff were very rude and not very welcoming, this carried on throughout the trip and weren’t helpful at all if anything made the situations worse. Where do I start about the rooms, the rooms are extremely dirty and haven’t been looked after. We had cigarette burns in the carpets, the bed sheets and towels seemed to have blood and all other sorts of stains on them and the bathroom was so dirty I never felt clean. The toilet kept breaking and wouldn’t flush which they kept coming to fix but the same problem kept happening. The tv in the room was that old it was in black and white and hardly worked. The Air con unit was a waste of space as it hardly pumped out any air and the fridge in the room also didn’t work. Walking through the hotel it was like being in a jail with the way it’s laid out and not looked after. We didn’t bother using the resturant because of the cleanliness of the room. Would not recommend to anyone as it’s just dirty, unhygienic and not a very welcoming place.
