Panormos Village Hotel

We booked a room with a private pool. Room had an amazing view and was clean. Bed was good and neat. We received a warm welcome from the staff when we arrived. The food was great and the chef cooked us a nice meal every day. When we had a specific wish which was off menu, we asked and they delivered! Great owners and great staff! Always with a smile and each request was fullfilled. Staff also helped us with finding excursions and gave us tips on places to visit. They helped with booking the rental car and such. 5/5 would definitely visit again!

The Panormos Village hotel is a haven of peace. The staff is charming and friendly, the rooms are comfortable, and the private, heated rooftop pool is a real treat. I highly recommend the bar, which offers lunch and snacks throughout the day—the view is incredible! The excellent cuisine was a real highlight of our stay. I highly recommend it and will definitely return. Thank you so much for your warm welcome and professionalism.

*Edit: The owner called and offered a refund of 30% if we took down this review and asked if we would like an inspector to come examine the room. We are on our honeymoon and do not want to have a bug professional come examine the room we are staying in. Extremely unprofessional staff at this hotel. Avoid at all costs! We found another hotel for much less money with a pool and the mattress is clean with no stains. Booked a suite with this hotel for my honeymoon and have been looking forward to it for months. Unfortunately I have had to deal with bed bugs personally in the past so I always check the entire bed when checking in to a hotel. I discovered black spots along with many other stains on the mattress. We informed reception and the two employees were very dismissive saying it was due to the humidity. Despite google searching the many pictures I took and having the results show it may be due to bed bug activity. Finding spots like this is very concerning, especially given the amount of money the hotel charges per night. The employees kept dismissing us making us feel like we couldn’t trust them or this hotel. Then after informing the employee we would prefer to leave and not stay we were told we wouldn’t be receiving any money back. We felt like they didn’t actually care. The mattress was disgusting and the service was disappointing, considering what we found. I highly recommend avoiding this hotel.
