ONA Luna Park

I was worried after seeing some terrible reviews for Ona Luna Park Hotel. However, we have had a great stay with no problems at all! Yes, it’s full of young people wanting to party! The most noise was usually early evening as they were getting ready to go out! We were in a first floor room, and heard very little noise during the night or early morning. I had booked an economy room for myself and my daughter, as it was a last minute budget holiday. The room was great. Obviously newly refurbished throughout with lots of wardrobe space, and the bathroom was newly fitted with a new suite and a great shower! Air con worked perfectly, so much so that we had to switch it off at night because we were cold! TV only had Spanish Chanel’s, but we managed to sign in to our Netflix account for English programs. The only let down was no tea or coffee making facilities and no fridge. There was a small balcony with a couple of chairs, no table, and not much of a view, but nice having somewhere to sit out. We were B & B only. Breakfast had a huge selection, but the cooked breakfast wasn’t to our liking. But there were lots of lovely fresh bread, pastries, fruit, cheese, meat, yoghurt, cereal, something for everyone. The hotel is in quite a busy area, with lots of shops and restaurants nearby, and just 20 minutes from the airport. It’s a short walk to the beach which is huge. Also just a short walk to the bus stop with regular buses to Palma and the airport. Not somewhere I would visit again, but good for a last minute cheap holiday with great weather!

Great location . Clean rooms and grounds. Food not the best and you have to pay for water in the evening even if half board. €2.90 for small bottle just €1.95 for big bottle in supermarket just across the road. Never done half board where you have to pay for water with a meal. If your English dont bother, over run by Germans and like a 18 - 30 holiday. Banging doors at 3am ,loud, taking over pool area . Not a holiday for the ones wanting a chilled ,relaxing time.
