Ohtels La Hacienda

On this Holiday My wife Karen, Myself and Bentley one of our Grandchildren went to this Hotel. At Check-in we had the pleasure of Elizabeth on reception. She’s probably one of the best receptionist that we’ve had to check us in. Sadly when we checked out, We don’t know who she was but we didn’t get a thank you for staying with us, how was your Stay here? or will you be coming back here again? If she would have asked us those questions. Our answers would have been. We had a Good Time and Yes we will becoming back next year with 2 Grandchildren with us. A few people have already said that Most of the hotels staff were Great, apart from some of the bar staff that were Not and We Agree with them. Plus there’s not enough Sun beds But that’s common with many other Hotels that we have been to. The lifts could do with someone having a look at them because they were very noisy. A Little Tip for anyone that’s going there. We were on The Third Floor. On our second day, I had to Ask someone how we could get a lift to come to our floor lifts so that we could go down to Floor 0 or 1. Three times we had waited for 5 minutes and We ended up walking down the stairs. I was told You have 3 buttons to press, either The arrow up or Down. When you have pressed Up or Down then You have to press the Middle Button. That will light up a little light on the middle button. We ended up doing that with both lifts because it only lite up the lift that we pressed and Not both lifts like we are used to back in England. Some of the food was only warm but it was still edible and all three of us have tried something New to eat during this Holiday. We will give the food 9.5/10 The Oysters for Breakfast were Delicious and all of the Hotels that we have been to over many years none of them had Fresh Oysters for Breakfast. One Night for Dinner there was Rib eye Steak and King Prawns cooked on a Hotplate, Both of them were Delicious. In fact overall The Food at the hotel was The best food we have had in any Spanish Hotels that we have stayed in. The Shops and The Beach are only a 5 minute walk away. Our Grandson Bentley had a Fantastic Holiday. He met new friends and he even joined in with many others doing water aerobics and Archery competition. In spite of a couple of Negative Things. The Question How do You rate your experience at this hotel. We have given it Excellent and 5 Stars. We will see you around the same time next year.

Great family hotel. Very clean and the room have enough space for 4 people with a very nice rain shower. We chose all in and it was worthy. It’s very well located, 3-min walk to la platja de la Pineda, very nice beach to walk or run or workout. Food is good, with enough heathy and local cuisine choices. The best is the staff, from the reception, restaurant, pool bar to the animation team. They are all helpful and friendly making ur stay enjoyable. The kids had great fun at the mini club; big thanks to Gaga, Bonbon, Claudia, and the rest of the animation gang for the patience and good vibes!
