O7 Vista Blanes

Recently returned. Good and bad - rooms basic but very clean. Had fresh towels 3 times and linen changed once, however with no aircon it was very uncomfortable there are fans but with night time temp still high twenties it was very warm and hard to sleep. THe pool was good. We had water guns and inflatables and not told off !! We stayed B&B I presumed it would be a buffet style however you had to,pick from a menu I was disappointed but to be honest the food was lovely and good quality the evening meals were also very nice and reasonably priced. Excellent staff My main moan would be the area. Yes the beach is a 2 minuets walk and there are 3 eating places on the beach 2 were good not keen on one due to mainly fish on menu but ok for drinks. The pirate bar was very nice and chilled atmosphere.The supermarket is about 10 mins away but if you want more eateries and shops it’s a 15/20 min walk into a very very run down area there was 3 trinket shops a supermarket and about 5 or 6 places to eat . My son went in the evening and it was very quiet. I feel,the description on jet2 and google for this area is very misleading it was probably as described before Covid but now it’s a very in my option sad and depressing street with numerous bars and shops boarded up. So in my option if you want to spend time at the pool this place is great staff extremely pleasant however if you to moochie about in shops and cafes etc definitely not the place to book.

3 years we've been coming here and we WILL NOT be returning. The children are constantly told off by lifeguard. No Balls No Inflatables and definitely NO FUN allowed in the pool. Should definitely change to an adults only hotel really is no longer the family friendly complex it once was. Good location.

The apartments were basic but clean. There was no air conditioning but an effective ceiling fan and a portable fan was provided. The cooking facilities were limited to a microwave and 2 hotplates but as were were not planning to cook this was not an issue. The towels were changed twice and linens once during the week. The gardens and pool were immaculate. We never had a issue with finding a sunbed as there were plenty available and other guests were respectful about not reserving them. The bar staff were absolutely lovely and welcoming. the bar does shut promptly at 12 but they do provide paper cups to allow you to finish your drink elsewhere. The beach is really close to the apartments, about 5 minutes. A mini-mart about 7 mins and the town is about 20 mins walking.
