Neptuno Suites

The neptuno is situated on the beach front , very close to shops bars and cafes/restaurants,adult relaxed atmosphere,the rooms are more than adequate for self catering with good walk in shower and large modern tvs recently installed which offer wide range of channels,it is nice to see that mugs are available as opposed to small cups that generally hold a mouthful,staff are very welcoming from the reception staff housekeepers and even the pool attendant, the pool area is spacious with easy access to obtain a newly refurbished sun lounger , breakfast is available if required €15, this was our 5th visit to this hotel in 3 years please remember this is a 2* hotel,and will gladly return to this little gem in the heart of costa teguise

This is our third visit. It has been wonderful relaxing, 🤫 quiet, beautiful view of the pool and sea. Air-conditioning is very important for us and was wonderful every night . Staff wonderful as always. Im sorry I can't fault this hotel as I have read other reviews. It has problems with damp in the hotel but we have never had in the apartments . Also when people question 2 stars? I wish people would remember its for facilities. No restaurant or bar. Fridge in your room.Always take a drink around the pool .No lift? Please read before you come?

This was our 1st visit to the Neptuno. The apartment was clean and basic. There are no lifts so not recommended for those with mobility issues if on the 1st or 2nd floors. Pool area was really clean and great that there are no sunbed and can get them no matter the time. Reception staff were always very friendly and happy to help. Only downside at the ,omens is the noise from the work going on behind it at the big development.
