Monta Verde Hotels & Villas

We have spent 2 lovely weeks at the monta verde we booked a larger deluxe room as we had seen reviews on trip advisor about not as much storage in other rooms glad we did we had a comfortable large bed and plenty of room , the room wmvery clean and the cleaner nips in every day if you want she is alovely friendly lady , the manager politely introduced himself when we arrived and said if there is anything we need to ask which is a nice touch amd you also see him around making sure things are okay and always says hello , the owners are also there at breakfast to greet you with an hello and friendly smile , the staff are fantastic from reception staff who we found to be very friendly and always happy to help , the bar staff are very attentive and friendly in their serice with out being pushy , we had breakfast which has a varied selection, we also ate quite a few times throughout our stay and enjoyed the food , overall a fabulous experience it was our first time at monta verde as we normally stay in a different area we would definitely recommend and return , thank you to all at monta verde for a wonderful stay.

We booked the Monta Verde Hotel through TUI and had an excellent time. You are immediately made to feel at home at the Monta Verde, the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. The hotel had a very relaxed atmosphere, as it wasn't too busy (nothing to do with the service, I imagine) and it was very easy to get a spot at the pool, which was ideal. To maximise your relaxation, below the hotel is a Spa; we went twice within the week we were there - we found the spa to be a touch more expensive than what we are used to, but we decided to treat ourselves while on our holiday! Breakfast was pretty decent with good continental options, as well as what I can only describe as an 'egg stand' - a chef you could go to to make fresh omelettes or crepes, etc. At 5 pm, it was tea time, and there was a stall set up with pots of tea as well as cakes for guests to have for free. The food at the hotel itself was quite good; in comparison to some of the other restaurants in the area, it is probably the best on the street. Above the hotel, there is an Italian restaurant which is truly exceptional (the four cheese pizza was my favourite). Really kind and helpful housekeepers made up our rooms almost every day. When we were checking out and waiting for our transfer, one of the housekeepers actually found a shirt that I had accidentally left and managed to catch us right before our transfer arrived, which was a really kind (and lucky) gesture. If we ever return to Türkiye, the Monta Verde would definitely be our first choice.

We have just returned from an incredible stay at Monta Verde, and we honestly couldn't have asked for a better holiday. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel so welcome. The hotel is beautifully maintained, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the peaceful surroundings make it the perfect place to unwind. The pool area was always spotless, there were plenty of sunbeds, and the food was delicious with a great variety to suit everyone. Every member of staff worked incredibly hard to ensure guests had a wonderful experience, creating such a friendly and relaxed atmosphere throughout the hotel. A very special thank you goes to Murat and Ugur, who are absolute stars. They are a huge credit to Monta Verde and truly made our holiday unforgettable. Their kindness, professionalism, sense of humour, and genuine care for every guest were exceptional. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they always took the time to make sure everyone was happy. Their personal touch made us feel more like friends than guests, and they are a big reason why we'll be returning. It's the people who make a hotel special, and Murat and Ugur are the perfect example of that. They work tirelessly with a smile on their faces and clearly take great pride in making every guest's stay memorable. We would highly recommend Monta Verde to anyone looking for a relaxing, friendly, and welcoming hotel. Thank you to everyone for making our holiday so special.
