It's a nice place surrounded by nature a few minutes from the beach, it's a very quiet place, the rooms are clean, the staff very helpful. However, the gardens outside look a bit neglected, it needs maintenance. The breakfast is included in the price and it has got plenty of things, the coffee isn't very nice though. The indoor swimming pool is open but the water is cold, the spa doesn't work. It might work in winter, I don't know.
A very nice rustic hotel with great views of the surrounding mountains and very peaceful location. The furniture in our room was in keeping with style of this building. The staff were all very friendly and helpfull The waiters at dinner were attentive and efficient. The menu had three choices for first second and sweet and was of typical Catalan type dishes. There is a well stocked bar where they have a selection of beers and cocktails. Only one little dissapointment was the cold eggs and bacon for breakfast and cold plates, but apart from that a good choice of cold meats, cheese and doughnuts etc. and a good coffee machine. All in all a good stay and would return.
The hotel is nestled in the Catalonian hills but only a stones throw from the beach. Staff were amazing, Caesar the manager catered for all our needs, in fact all the staff were courteous and helpful. The restaurant was fantastic, and the set meal was only €21 for three courses with a wide selection of cuisines from steak to paella. Due to Covid, the golf course which surrounds the hotel has closed, and also El Celler (a Snug and Retreat for Golfers and Guests) the jacuzzi was closed also, but it did not detract from the whole experience. Indoor pool was warm and inviting and the outdoor pool has private areas around it, to relax in peace. This is one hotel I wish all the best in the future after being hit so badly from the pandemic.
