Not a four star hotel.
My experience at Kube Hotel Paris was mixed. While I appreciated that the management refunded my first night after some issues, the hotel falls short of four-star standards. I encountered bugs in my original room, a lack of air conditioning, and cleanliness concerns—especially in the dining area. One staff member initially suggested I find another hotel, which was unhelpful, though I was later upgraded to a better room after some persistence. I booked well in advance, so these problems were disappointing. The hotel has potential, but major improvements are needed before it can truly meet four-star expectations. On their website they say they are five minutes walk from garden door however it’s 15 to 20 minutes away the entire time it is an obstacle course of dodging shady characters. It is in a very bad area.
