Kraft Hotel

I had a fantastic experience at Kraft Hotel Paris, particularly with their brunch and service. The menu offered delicious dishes, like the delicious eggs Benedict and rich coffee, all beautifully presented. What really stood out, though, was the service from KJ and Raphael. They were warm, attentive, and genuinely made me feel welcome. Their recommendations were spot-on, and their attention to detail made the whole experience seamless. It was an unforgettable visit, and I’ll definitely return!

Newly renovated, modern, classy interior. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It felt safe at all times, although I stayed during the Olympics and the police were stationed outside the hotel all day every day so that may have contributed to that feeling. The rooms were cosy - small, but big enough to do the basics. The lift was tiny, but novel! Rooms soundproofed but the door to our room wasn’t, so could hear noise outside at times but not enough to be an issue. Breakfast was tasty, but perhaps could have done with one or two more things to add a bit more variety.

We stayed from 21st to 23rd July 2024. We loved the hotel! Amazing customer service from all of the friendly staff. I cannot fault the staff at Kraft one bit. Service with a smile and go the extra mile. The breakfast was also really good. Looking forward to staying here in the future. Would definitely recommend staying at this hotel!
