Kavos Fantasia Complex

This accommodation is ridiculously awful and not worth your money at all. This hotel felt like a military camp. There are a number of things that were terrible whilst I stayed there. The following things will be mentioned in paragraphs. The bed did not have a duvet. It instead had a blanket. The guy initially gave us blankets that had stains on them but replaced them after we reported it. Also, they were not replaced daily. The toilet was not flushing in the bathroom. The guy came to fix it but still had issues. We had to buy our own toilet paper as the guy did not supply enough. In addition, there was no proper floor mat in the bathroom. There was a rubber one that was dangerous to stand on as you could slip and fall by standing on it. Furthermore, the shower was ridiculously small and was offered a tiny amount of shower gel that would only last after 2 showers. The guy that ran the hotel made this place feel like a prison because he does not allow you to bring guests to your room. He is very alert and will notice if anyone attempts to bring anyone to their room as he stated before we moved in to not allow any guests to come. He also lurks around quietly and shows up to your room constantly. Other bad things included poor internet, the mosquito repellent device not working, the swimming pool had no water and there were ants on the floor in my room. Finally, they also charge you to use the safe and aircon per day. Also the safe in one of the rooms was not working properly and dodgy. We had to keep all the passports in one of the other safes and check every time we left the hotel to ensure they were still there. Will definitely never recommend this place to anyone.

I don’t mind the small room, bathroom, or kitchen. But the state was just not proper and everywhere I looked dead bugs were lying on things. grasshoppers, crickets, spiders. Far too many bugs everywhere. Terrible not working internet and it says it’s amazing when it’s really not. always nagging about paying for the air conditioner when it doesn’t even work! Don’t stay here.

Recently, my friends and I stayed at these apartment’s on a girls holiday . I have to say our experience was far from positive . Upon arrival , the owner Antonio took all of our passports as a ‘security measure .’ This seemed suspicious to us , but we gave them to him anyway as he assured us we would get them back . While the location was in acceptable walking distance from the strip , the standard of the accommodation was far from adequate . The bathroom was unclean and the shower curtain was dirty . The owner also informed us upon arrival that the use of the air conditioning would cost extra and the WI-FI was not working . Furthermore , he also informed us that if there were to be any stains on his towels or sheets we would have to compensate him . The fridge was also out of action , and the general cleanliness of the kitchen was not of acceptable standard . I would advise anyone who is looking to stay in Kavos , not to stay in this accommodation. Other hotels closer to the strip is more ideal for lads / girls holidays such as the que side hotel.
