K+K Hotel Opera

We stayed at the hotel in July 26. The location is in a quiet, clean and safe area of Pest, central and close to many attractions. On arrival we found the reception area to be modern and welcoming. Daniel greeted us and he was very friendly and professional. He checked us in and then gave us many recommendations on where to visit and where to eat, marking up a map to help us. We followed up many of his recommendations and he was spot on. The hotel was clean and quiet. The room was perfect for our needs and the breakfast was excellent. Budapest is a great city and we found K+K Hotel Opera to be the ideal place to stay. We will stay there again and thoroughly recommend staying there!

Convenient location in Budapest as we were able to walk to shops, restaurants and attractions. Very clean, spacious rooms and bathrooms, comfortable beds with coffee/tea making facilities. The staff were very helpful, responsive and friendly.

Avoid this hotel!!!! Great location, very nice hotel in regards to cleanliness and comfort but the hotel employs thieves! 2 bracelets and 40 cigarettes were stolen from our hotel room, the only people whom entered our room were housekeeping as confirmed by reception staff due to key card records and hallway cameras. Draw your own conclusions from that but I very much doubt the bracelets sprung legs and took themselves on a sightseeing tour and the cigarettes opened their duty free box and decided to take themselves to the thermal baths. Avoid if you want to leave with everything you arrived with. One of the bracelets was a 50 th birthday gift to my wife, to say we’re disappointed and disgusted is an understatement
