We had a great stay at this hotel. The food was cool and really enjoyable throughout our trip. I’d also like to mention that the gentleman at the reception was exceptionally kind and helpful. On the downside, we were disappointed that the hotel disco ended quite early, and we felt the overall entertainment and activities were just okay

We had the most amazing holiday at this hotel staying 27th June to 11th July 2026. The hotel was very clean, beautifully presented and every single staff member was polite, professional and could not do enough for us during our stay. Housekeeping was done every day, and our housekeeper Mustafa was exceptional, even down to room presentation with little towel decorations and special touches, making our stay all the more special. The animation team with Mario, Mo, Saif, Rico (Eric), Koko, Ghazey, and many others, are all wonderful people and who made our stay very fun and were so friendly and welcoming. different entertainment programmes each night and lots of outside entertainers making each night different and fun for all the guests. There are regular daily activities should you wish to take part, including pool sports, darts, volleyball, yoga, aqua gym. The restaurant staff could not do enough to make sure the food was perfect and freshly replenished regularly. I even had special dietary needs accommodated with specially made beans on a daily basis from Chef Mohammed, which was very much appreciated. The lunch beach restaurant was amazing and again, special requests were taken and made to order with pizzas, burgers, pasta and grilled meats and chicken. The various Bar Staff members were so attentive, polite and even remembered our regular orders within a few days and table service was a regular unexpected but appreciated pleasure. Our overall stay was relaxing, fun, special, and this was all down to the wonderful staff who work at this hotel.
