The place was wonderful. Quiet peaceful and far enough away from the main goings-on. I was a solo traveller and the staff couldn't be more helpful. Right the way from Ahmed Fawzy who cleaned my room every day, beautifully, to the restaurant staff, and then Ahmed Ammar who organised my trip to the Pyramids and Sphinx. All together a wonderful place, and I always felt safe and protected. I hope the cat is being fed well. I fed her during my stay. Many thanks to all concerned. I shall definitely return. My first trip to Egypt, but definitely not to be my last!!!!

The staff were very friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, which made my stay very pleasant. I had an excellent stay at Jaz Neo Ivory Hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city. The hotel has a perfect location in the city center, yet it is very quiet and relaxing, which makes it ideal for both business and leisure travelers. It is also very close to the airport, and the hotel conveniently offers airport transfer service through the reception desk. Everything you need is nearby. Within less than 5 minutes walking, you can find supermarkets, restaurants, and other services. The hotel facilities are very good. There are two swimming pools, including one dedicated for children, which makes it great for families. The breakfast was excellent, with a good variety and fresh options. What truly makes this hotel special is the professional and friendly staff. Everyone was very welcoming, helpful, and attentive to guests’ needs. The rooms are spacious, very clean, and comfortable, and the housekeeping team maintains them at a high standard. I would like to give a special thank you to the Housekeeping Manager, Mr. Ahmed Fawzy, for his outstanding attention and care during our stay. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we will definitely return again on our next visit.
