Ivana Palace

Hotel itself ok. Housekeeping ok. Manager seems doesn’t exist in this hotel. Cleanness especially in public are doesn’t exist. I know some countries still aloud smoking everywhere but as bar in the hotel it wasn’t great. Bar Outside wasn’t working. Kids play area well not existing. Half of games you still have to pay for , but they are broken. Pool area not cleaned in the morning still dirty glasses boxes from pizza cigarettes buts everywhere. Not great for family. Breakfast. Well prepare yourself for not existing choices. Reception team no customer service at all. No knowledge about local attraction or simple tell you about bus stops. Breakfast waiter was swearing. Maybe he was under impression it was nice word. On positive side Not far to walk to the sea. Ask amazing lady in 24h shop opposite hotel. Really she was so helpful Would go again to visit but will not stay in this hotel.

Went with family as a group of 10 people . The rooms were spotlessly clean . The maids worked hard non stop cleaning the hotel . Bar food was ok but could be better . The breakfast was awful so ate at friends opposite for the rest of the stay . The rooms were spacious and air conditioned . Our room looked out over the freinds bar so could get a little noisy if balcony door left opened . My 5 year old grandson was unwell one night and vomited in his bed . His parents were fined 50 euro which seems a little excessive to just wash a sheet . Hotel was in a good location with its own gym . Overall I would recommend this hotel but not the breakfast

The hotel is clean, and the rooms are comfortable and very clean. The breakfast buffet is very basic and doesn't match the price paid. The staff is friendly, especially the cleaning ladies.
