Exceptional Allergy Care & Outstanding Service - A Perfect Family Stay

We have recently returned from an 8‑night stay at Louis Imperial Beach (Imperial Louis Island Hotel). We booked last minute after searching high and low for a suitable all‑inclusive hotel that ticked all the boxes — especially our main priority: our son’s allergies. After reading various reviews, we felt reassured that this hotel would handle his allergies safely and professionally. Prior to our arrival, I emailed the hotel to outline our son’s allergies and ensure the correct protocols would be in place. Communication is key, and we were very reassured when the operations manager personally picked up the email and responded professionally and reassuringly. Check‑in was efficient, and our request for interconnecting rooms was honoured — essential for us in terms of safety and accessibility. We were then met by the operations manager, who made the effort to greet us despite our late arrival. As the buffet was close to closing (around 9:30pm), we went straight to dinner and were met by the head chef, who explained clearly what our son could and couldn’t eat. He prepared his meal safely, and this level of care continued throughout the holiday. Both head chefs were outstanding — a real credit and asset to the hotel. The buffet offered a very good variety that suited all our tastes, including my wife who is vegetarian. At each sitting we were greeted by management and staff who were incredibly courteous and welcoming. Our rooms were front‑facing — spacious, clean, comfortable beds, and a lovely rain shower. Each room had a Nespresso machine, and having a morning coffee on the balcony was a real highlight. We spent most of our time at the quiet pool, which had plenty of sunbeds and a relaxed atmosphere. The indoor pool was refreshing, and the outdoor pool was warm and exceptionally clean. Bar staff were constantly around the pool taking drink orders — again, great service. The small beach in front of the hotel is peaceful, with a mix of sand and stones. Sunbeds were always available, and drinks service was very good. Do go down for sunset — you won’t be disappointed. The views are spectacular. The gym is basic and could benefit from an upgrade, but we used it and it was fine for our needs. We tried the evening entertainment but didn’t really get into it. The staff do their best, but it felt a little chaotic at times — not a big issue for us though. The main hotel bar is excellent, and the service from Youssif was by far the best I have ever received at a hotel. I travel extensively for work and have stayed in many five‑star hotels, but have never experienced such attentive service. He is a real credit to the hotel, and it’s no surprise his name appears in other guest reviews. Location: The hotel is approximately 15 minutes from the airport and is beachfront. You have access to the paved coastal path that takes you into Paphos Harbour (around a 35‑minute walk). The harbour has beautiful cafés and restaurants, and we recommend the glass‑bottom boat trip where you can swim in the Blue Lagoon. We also visited the Old Town market using the bus — the bus stop is about 100 metres from the hotel. The waterpark is close by and cost €20 return. Definitely worth visiting if you have kids — they will love it. It’s busy but well organised and clean, and we didn’t queue more than 10 minutes for any slide. In summary: We chose a hotel that caters professionally and extensively for allergies, and it exceeded our expectations. The staff are welcoming and friendly, the hotel is incredibly clean, the location is perfect, and we would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone. Thank you, Team Imperial.

A Luxurious Stay in Paradise

Our stay at Imperial Island by Louis in Cyprus was absolutely unforgettable. The entire hotel feels incredibly luxurious, with a beautiful, modern design that is so new it almost smells of freshness. The food was truly exceptional, every meal exceeded our expectations, while the cocktails were both delicious and beautifully presented. What made the experience even more special was the wonderful team. Their kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail completed the whole experience perfectly. And then there were the breathtaking sunsets every evening, making us feel as though we had found our own little piece of paradise. A truly beautiful hotel that we would happily return to and wholeheartedly recommend!

Just got better

Returned the fifth time and the hotel just hit new heights. Arrived after 11pm tired and yet we pecked up when getting to our recently refurbished bedroom , great balance between main bedroom and kids beds , sliding door as separator if you needed it , some nice wraps in fridge to tuck into and good stocked fridge . The service in the main restaurant was first class , breakfast was great plenty of options to choose from and food was always hot , not piled into trays always replaced topped up . The staff worked tirelessly to serve you as quickly as possible , the only thing I was surprised at was the withdrawal of the coffee pots , staff running around now trying to take your orders , and if you like several cups you feel a bit guilty asking them for more , especially at busy periods , but they always delivered . Lunch and dinner never disappointed , great choice of dishes to tuck into , having two young grand children with us they always found well balanced choices to choose from . The waist line took a hammering . Loved the upgraded spirits available , great bar team , lovely to see humour from the staff , smiles and banter . The new sunbeds were a brilliant addition , lots more than previous visits and again the staff around the pool ensured you stayed hydrated. , a wow to the pool towels huge and covered the sun beds entirely . I wonder if hotel should adopt sunbed allocation , it would cut out sunbed warriors dawn raids , and there must be lots of customers leaving everyday , so changing if you don’t like must be easy . , just needs managing . Overall a great hotel just got better , and long may it continue , with the upgrade to kids area to include water park , My only down side was there was a large family that blocked getting into swimming pool by the steps , sitting on the steps blocking use of the safety rail into pool .and drinking and eating food in the pool ,my wife and I are in our seventies and felt very insecure trying to enter pool without use of rail , was surprised staff allowed this , to happen . A big Thanks you to the staff you were great bunch bringing a great customer service to your guests , hopefully see you next year .
