Imperator Hotel

The hotel is not a 4 star. Breakfast was cold every morning. No one to top up food. Cooked eggs on cold plates. No variety..Staff when you seen them were not helpful/friendly. No information pack in room. When checking in you were given your key and thats it, not told when/where breakfast was. Told not to use lift as room is only on 2nd floor..Reception staff asleep at times.

Very nicely decorated in grey, black and white. Comfortable bed. On a busy street that was not noisy at night. They have to do something about their showers. There is a shower tray but no surrounding glass or curtain to stop the water spreading all over the bathroom. The bottom of the bathroom door was very badly damaged as a result. Others have found staff friendly. We didn’t particularly. The breakfast was poor.

Very comfortable hotel. Good location which meant I could be in the very centre of town within 15-20 mins walking. Some good restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk. Polite staff who were happy to accommodate in anyway they can. Even did some printing for me when I needed something printed off. Decent breakfast offering too. Would stay here again
