They're not 5 stars. They have rats. Discussion over. It's clear to see. Now if they right a 5 star review which 1 will you believe? The negatives where now there's proof of a poor star hotel. Or the 5 star reviews that dont sound genuine I suggest to the customer service to either help the people complaining, to change hotel or this review will come back to haunt you The clip was sent by my son. I screenshotted the rat running edited the brightness, as the original clip is dark. I'm not at the hotel. Thank god. But this is a bad experience. My children are their sharing this with me.

I came to this hotel for 10 days and it was very clean and hygienic, all of the staff where very kind helpful and cared especially the animation team who dedicate themselves to make sure us guests have a nice time, also the food the hotel offers is acceptable too whilst I have had better it still was very tasty and the bar had nice drinks and served until 11pm

Horrific experience, would suggest you avoid at all costs. I don't have a single good thing to say about this hotel. Staff are rude especially if you are white Brittish. Food is terrible, what you don't eat at breakfast is served to you at lunch and what doesn't get eaten at lunch is served at dinner. They do not cater for everyone or offer a variety of meals it's literally the same food every day. We were all inclusive which was a waste of money as when it came to getting drinks they were really tight about how much you could have. A glass of coke a cola.was served in a glass slightly bigger than a shot glass. A beers was a quarter of a pint. They got funny with you if you kept going back to get drinks. Drinking water was supplied in one of those office type.water machines and we got screamed at by hotel staff for trying to fill out water bottles and told we were only allowed one small cup each. So we landed up having to buy our own drinks and water. There was no entertainment what so ever nothing. They would blast music as loud as possible from 8am to 8pm so you could t hear yourself think. Everything is dated and falling apart. The rooms were disgraceful, burn marks in the bedding holes in the curtains, no enamel on the baths so really slippery. The furniture on the balcony was that old I sat down on a chair and the leg snapped so I fell and really hurt my back. Went to tell reception and her exact words were "Well what do you want me to do about it". The hotels tour organiser scammed us out of £75. The Aircon in the room only worked intermittently. The free WiFi only worked after midnight till about 6am. It was so bad we landed up booking another hotel for our last few night. It's never seen a 4* hotel, I wouldn't even give it 2 stars. So save yourself and your family and book anywhere but there.
