Tivoli La Caleta Tenerife Resort

It was our first visit in Tenerife, and we stayed at the Tivoli La Caleta. We were very warmly welcomed right from the moment we arrived at the entrance. After the standard check-in, we were very kindly assisted by the Guest Relations Team, managed by Yaiza. Lois, Fanni and Adolfo made our stay an unforgettable experience filled with great memories. Lois gave us a short walking tour through the hotel, giving us a first view of the beautiful, well-maintained resort with its plants, palm trees, pools, and bars. Fanni took care of our hotel room since we had arrived before lunchtime. And what a wonderful surprise—we were assigned room 508. Once again, a heartfelt thank you to the complete team. From our perspective, the hotel’s location is perfect. The promenade, beach, and shops are all within a short walking distance. You can find everything from Spanish boutiques to high-end brands as well as supermarkets. The hotel is very clean and beautifully maintained. The rooms are very nicely furnished. The beds are excellent, and the bathroom is very large and comfortable. The park with its rich greenery and the pools embedded in the landscape leave nothing to be wished for. We really appreciated the adults-only area with pool. We also loved the service at the Guilty Restaurant and Bar. The breakfast at Hotel Tivoli La Caleta is truly five-star. Nothing is missing here. Special requests are always fulfilled. The same quality was presented for the dinner at the buffet restaurant. We’ve never had such a relaxed experience choosing dishes as we did here. The quality was very high and the food is prepared fresh and always refilled. On theme nights, there are additional fantastic options such as lobster, T-bone steak, Iberico steak, or beef tenderloin. We were also very impressed by the Asian night. Here, too, we had a fantastic Service Chef in Philippe. And a charming woman on the service staff—whose name, unfortunately, we no longer remember. Another highlight was our visits to the SEEN Restaurant. What a wonderful atmosphere and outstanding cuisine! It’s an experience you must see and enjoy for yourself. Later, we also met Alvaro (front office manager) when we requested a late checkout. Here, too, we received excellent service, and we even got a lovely thank-you gift for our stay as well as a voucher for the bar as a goodbye present. We were very impressed and are already planning our next visit for February 2027. We’ll contact guest relations with our reservation request soon. We had an amazing stay at this hotel last year. It's definitely one of the best hotels we've stayed in. From check in to departure, I genuinely couldn't fault a thing. We usually stay in Costa Adeje, but this hotel is on the quieter outskirts, which suited us perfectly as we now prefer somewhere a little more relaxed. Our room was spacious for the three of us, and the bathroom was absolutely stunning. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and has a lovely, luxurious feel throughout. The pool area was immaculate, with a choice of different spaces depending on the atmosphere you were looking for, which we really appreciated. We stayed on a bed and breakfast basis, and the breakfast selection was excellent with plenty of choice every morning. The location was ideal too, with lots of fantastic restaurants within walking distance and a supermarket nearby to stock up the minibar. We also spent a day in Los Cristianos for a bit of shopping and a change of scenery, which was an easy trip. The only slight negative for me was the pricing of soft drinks around the pool. If I remember correctly, having drinks brought to our sun loungers cost more than walking the twenty steps to the pool bar ourselves. We felt a little hoodwinked on the first day when we were offered table service without realising there was an extra charge. 😆 That aside, the staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming, the rooms were immaculate, and the whole hotel exceeded our expectations. We wouldn't hesitate to return and would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality, relaxing stay in the area.
