The Best Hotel I've Ever Visited
throughout our stay. The location is fantastic, with the beach and plenty of interesting places all within easy walking distance. Everything about the hotel was excellent, and we'll definitely be returning. I've edited my original review to include the following update: During our trip, I believed that my expensive headphones had been stolen after I couldn't find them in our room. I reported them missing to the front desk before we left, and although they weren't immediately located, the hotel later carried out a more thorough search and found them underneath the bed. They then very kindly shipped them back to me at no cost, which I greatly appreciated. While the situation was understandably frustrating at the time, I'm very pleased to say that my initial assumption was completely wrong. The hotel's honesty, integrity, and willingness to go above and beyond to return my property speak volumes about both the staff and their commitment to excellent customer service. I can only apologise for having questioned their integrity. I'm truly grateful for the effort everyone made to resolve the situation, and I'm happy to update my review to reflect what actually happened. Thank you to everyone involved for taking the time to find and return my headphones.
