Terrible internet

Great location. Sufficient air conditioning (which can be rare in Spain), clean rooms. The problem, though, is the abysmal internet. DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU WANT DECENT INTERNET SERVICE AT YOUR HOTEL.

Do not book this hotel

DO NOT BOOK at this hotel. They have been hacked and did not send any warning. I received a WhatsApp request for payment including my name, correct booking numbers and trip dates. I paid (and have lost) nearly £600. This could have been avoided if they had just informed customers that they had been hacked. When I checked in the Clark admitted this has happened to many of their customers.

Lovely hotel, centrally located and excellent staff.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. The hotel was nice and close to the main shopping area. The hotel receptionist was very helpful on our visit. My daughter and I had a family room which was very spacious and very clean.
