Hotel Duo

I am one of those guests who will tear a hotel apart if things aren't right. I am highly demanding, I expect top-notch quality for my money, and I do not tolerate shortcomings. However, Hotel Duo absolutely blows me away every single time. Not only is it in a great location, with hassle, free parking, and perfectly clean, spacious rooms, but their customer service is simply unmatched. They approach every request with genuine patience and respect, always going above and beyond. Even their most budget-friendly rooms provide excellent comfort. I have tried almost all of their room categories - from the most affordable options to the higher tiers. The only one that slipped through my fingers this time was the Presidential Suite because it was fully booked, but I will definitely get it next time. I would like to express my huge thanks to Mr. Vala (Rooms Division Manager) for his incredible helpfulness, as well as to the wonderful Ms. Kristýna (Breakfast Supervisor). Dealing with a client like me requires true professionals, and these two absolutely fit the description. When it comes to value for money, Hotel Duo has no competition in Prague!

We’re giving it four stars strictly because of the breakfast, which is buffet style and excellent. The room is comfortable, but there’s no air-conditioning and if you open the window, the noise from the street is overwhelming.. bathroom amenities include hairdryer and soap on the wall.
