Hotel Cloister Inn

A clean, value for money hotel with 24/7 reception, kind and professional service. And quiet. Arriving in my room, I found a notice on the desk that you could borrow a kettle among other things in the reception. That was a great convenience. On top of that, hot drinks are available free of charge in the reception area. Everything was in good working order, was well maintained and clean. I stayed during the week and heard no noise even though my room 322 had two windows toward a shared backyard. Windows were easy to open and very well fitted, so they closed tightly. No views from my Windows on 3rd floor, but a very functional hotel experience at a very reasonable price. Will stay again if sightseeing!

Cheap if booked well ahead and great location near Charles Bridge and Old Town. Rooms are basic, very few plugs and fading decor. Relatively near tram stop, so can get to from airport easily

We had a fantastic stay at the Cloister Inn. Very comfortable room, lovely breakfast (my daughter is a picky eater, but she found lots of things that she liked to eat). The beds were so comfortable. A really central location, which made it easy for us to pop back to the hotel, have a bit of a rest, eat our chimney cake with free coffee and hot chocolate in the lobby, get rid of umbrellas/jumpers, etc that weren’t needed and carry on for the rest of the day!! The reception staff were really helpful, with directions, booking Ubers, and answering questions promptly before we arrived in Prague. This was our fourth time in Prague and this hotel was definitely the best value for money v location and we will be back!!
