Only stayed 3 nights as part of a coach trip. As a solo within that group I was given a lovely and large double room, with tea/coffee making, although the coffee was pods with no instructions how to use the machine. Food was buffet style and generally good, including hot food at breakfast. Quite small but nice swimming pool though close to some bedroom windows. Well positioned for buses straight into the centre of Seville, about 25 minutes.
Hotel do not cater for English people, they talk about you in Spanish and treat you very poorly. Food raw chicken wings, raw eggs over the pasta cabonara. When mentioned that I had a nut allergy they proceeded to serve me a burger bun full of nuts and seeds. Stuck out in the sticks. Looks like a run down area no shops and a 40 minute bus journey into Seville. Not what was advertised online. Very disappointed We were also refused drinks at the bar while they were serving other guests. The only upside was the pool but limited sunbeds. Also the signs in the hotel were all in Spanish, No pool side service. Truly an unwelcoming hotel in Seville
Good hotel, with the advantage of having a small pool area and although just outside Seville, it was not too far and easy to get to Seville center. Staff pleasant, room and bathroom up to a good standard. Breakfast choice could have been a bit better.
