Lovely hotel, nice food and stressless vacation
Travelled on 9 July 2026
This hotel is situated circa 2-3 minutes from beautiful beach. On the beach there are sunbeds and sunshades available. There was always enough sunbeds. There is a beach boy as well. On the beach there is also a bar for all inclusive guests. There are snacks and drinks, for lunch they make burgers there. Toilets and showers are there too. The atmosphere at the hotel is so friendly, animation team is here, but they dont push you to do anything which I prefer. Every night there is some show or something to do. Rooms are nice. If you want luxury, this hotel might not be for you. However, if you like to have a nice vacation, it is a great deal. In the room there is a shower, bidet, toilete and hairdryer. I have slept on better beds but nothing horrible. It is nice that you have a kitchen there. The only slight problem is wifi. It works everywhere just fine except the room. On the balcony we had a full wifi, quick,… 30 cm behind the doors of the balcony we had none. And there are no elevators, if you have trouble with mobility it is better to ask for a downstairs rooms. Overall a nice experience. Food is tasty, a lot of italian food (pasta, pizza everyday) and a lot of fishes and vegetables. If you are a picky eater there are not much options for you (pizza pasta). Usually there were 8 foods (2 steamed vegetables, 2 fishes, 2 meat, 2 side dishes), vegetable, fruit, around 4 desserts, 2 icecreams, fruit salad, mousse. And they could make you fresh pasta with sauce of your choice. I must say gala night was amazing, sushi, roastbeef, raw fish. Very good experience. So, if you want a nice vacation and you do not insist on luxury and many many food options - this hotel might be for you! I really do not regret visiting this hotel and I would even consider going back here if there was a good price.
Enjoyable weeks holiday

The staff are very friendly if you interact with them, they get to know you, you have a great relationship, Nevin behind the bar, superstar. The animation team do work hard at the beach and night performances. No interaction round the pool though or any games. The rooms are tired but cleaned daily fresh towels. The food I would say was very good breakfast range of fruit yogurts bread, pancakes, eggs, bacon you can make a nice breakfast. Lunch soup was lovely piping hot, two choices, exceptional but they had the same soup on in the evening which was only warm by then. The choices of fish, meat pastas vegetables, salads potatoes, gluten free vegan was excellent lunch and evening meal all different. Desserts cake tarts. Ice creams mousse. They really do a good job. Dining room airy and always loads of seating available. Drinks are ok in the dining room and lobby. Beach bar not so good, tiny paper cups, that lets it down. Beach very nice bar tiny compared to the other beautiful beach bars around. 10mins walk to town and 5 mins walk to the beach. Ideal situated. Shout out to the trip organisers, do spendid trips well organised. All in all good 3 star hotel. Enjoyed a week. Worth what you pay.
Very bad.

People, please write honest reviews about hotels so that others truly know what to expect before they go. Those who have stayed at hotels with a real ‘All Inclusive’ experience and good service staff can confidently avoid this hotel, because your expectations will be shattered by this terrible reality. I’ll start with the positives — of course, the ocean. It’s невероятный, and the location is wonderful. The rooms are clean and decent, not luxury, but acceptable to stay in. That’s where the positives end. What shocked me the most was an enormous cockroach that crawled out from under the air conditioner on the fourth day of our stay. There were also a lot of flies constantly getting in your face and even into your mouth. I understand that this is a difficult problem to deal with, but there are definitely ways to reduce their number. As for the food, it will only take you about 10 steps to walk around the entire buffet. Be prepared for the staff to serve your food with unpleasant expressions on their faces — as if I were taking food away from them, even though I paid a significant amount of money for this stay. Every dish except pizza, fruit, and meat platters is served by the staff. This system, where the staff serves everything, is honestly one of the worst things a hotel can have. In my opinion, desserts were practically nonexistent, because during seven days I never found anything truly good. Have you ever tasted pineapple with an onion flavor? You will here, because the knives apparently aren’t washed after cutting onions. You might as well skip breakfast, because there is basically nothing to eat. If you love pancakes with Nutella, forget about it — there’s nothing like that here. There is no variety of food at all. You’ll only have two dinners that somewhat resemble a proper ‘All Inclusive’ experience, because they are themed nights: a seafood dinner and a national cuisine dinner. The national dinner is definitely not for everyone, so be prepared to leave hungry. Drinks are a whole separate issue. The bar in the dining area always has a line, and you’ll definitely spend time waiting there. The selection includes diluted juice (which tastes different every time), beer, wine, and soft drinks. As for the waiters and staff — especially the women — I never once saw them smile or treat guests warmly. They always looked annoyed, so it’s no surprise they don’t have tips. When they serve food, it genuinely feels like all the leftovers go to the staff after closing, because they are extremely stingy with portions. I became convinced of this when I saw a huge pile of bacon secretly placed onto a plate and hidden under the table. And if you ask for more, you immediately get an even more negative reaction. The hotel does have one very good administrator who is always smiling and friendly with guests, so why not teach the waiters and serving staff to behave the same way? The bar at reception can also be considered a positive point, because it’s the only place where people actually smile and treat guests normally. There is also one woman working at the pasta station who is genuinely kind and friendly to guests, always with a smile. If you want decent coffee instead of the terrible coffee from their machines, you have to pay extra. First time in my life I’ve seen something like that at an “All Inclusive” hotel. As for the animators, I only saw them a few times during the entire seven-day stay — maybe three times during the day and during the evening shows. All the activities listed on the schedule board at the entrance seem to exist only on paper. Volleyball lovers, prepare to play maybe two games at most. The only thing I consistently saw was the animation team entertaining themselves. The beach itself is beautiful, but honestly, that’s not thanks to the hotel — nature did all the work, and the hotel simply got lucky with the location. Even there, though, you immediately notice the difference between this hotel and others. Other resorts usually have activities, entertainment, and nice beach bars. The beach bar here is simply terrible — it can hardly even be called a bar. It’s basically a small wooden shack where you get beer or soda in tiny 150 ml paper cups. Don’t even bother asking for cocktails; they don’t make them there. Honestly, after seeing the expression on the woman’s face working there, you probably won’t even want to ask for anything. The constant negative attitude says it all. This was the first hotel where we didn’t leave tips for the staff, except for the employees at the reception bar. On the last day of our stay, the water was completely turned off, so be prepared that you might wake up and not even be able to wash your face or brush your teeth. Drinking water is not replenished in the rooms. You get one bottle and spend your entire vacation refilling it at the water dispenser. Towels are changed only once every three days, and if you want them replaced earlier, you have to pay extra. If you are under 40, there is honestly nothing for you to do here. It’s boring, and on top of that, you can neither eat nor drink properly. The main guests here are Italian retirees and older people from different countries, so it’s not surprising that this hotel has such a rating. There is also ongoing construction right next to the hotel, as they are expanding this “wonderful” resort, so forget about getting proper sleep. My conclusion is simple: if you’ve stayed in genuinely good hotels with a proper “All Inclusive” system, this hotel is not for you. There are other hotels in this area — I strongly recommend paying attention to them instead, so you don’t end up regretting the wasted time, money, and nerves like we did. At the time of writing this review, the hotel rating is 4.3, but in my opinion, that does not reflect reality at all. They still have a lot of work to do before deserving a 4.3 rating. My personal rating is 2.5, and that is only because of the few positive aspects I managed to find here. The hotel officially has 4 stars, but in reality, it feels more like a 2-star hotel at best.
Excellent Stay - Would Definitely Return

I’ve stayed at this hotel twice now, and both times have been fantastic. I’m genuinely really pleased with everything it has to offer. The food is consistently very good, with plenty of choice and great quality throughout. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well looked after, making it easy to relax and unwind during the stay. The beach is also beautiful and really adds to the overall experience. What really makes the experience stand out, though, is the staff. Everyone is incredibly kind, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything you need. A special mention to Nevin and the bar staff, who are especially friendly and make you feel right at home. The drinks are excellent too, definitely a highlight of the stay. Overall, a wonderful place to relax, and I wouldn’t hesitate to come back again.
clean, comfortable and good value

Overall we had a very positive experience at this resort and I have given 5 stars as you could not really fault their effort. The food was very good, huge choice at breakfast, two different fish as well as meat and pasta dishes served at every lunch and dinner. You can choose to eat indoors or out. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable with a safe and fridge/freezer included but we were glad of our travel kettle for teas and coffees in our room. There was no tea available and they ran out of decaff coffee for two days so we were jolly glad we took our own. The coffee is rationed to 6 cups each for the week with a coffee card although additional coffee (no decaff) is available at breakfast and (as we only found out late in the week) at the beach bar. The hotel mainly caters for Italian guests and Italian tastes (no chips); none of the restaurant staff could speak any English and even reception staff struggled. We did not meet any other English guests during the week we stayed in the resort. Once the animation team realised we were English, they did make an effort to include us. The animation team worked very hard and were always very smiley and friendly. The rooms were cleaned to a high standard daily and the swimming pool area was peaceful, spotless and in good condition. Not a lot of choice of activities - stretching, beach volleyball, petanque and a cocktail game offered every morning on the beach but we did not see any other activities. Convenient 10 minute walk to town and lovely beach with sunbeds and swimming in beautiful clear water on the softest, white sand. Great place for a week of winter sun and we would recommend you book an island tour (we did this before we left the UK) to experience different aspects of this lovely island. I did experience some extreme rudeness from some Italian guests who approached the bar and asked the bar staff for drinks which they were served with straight away whilst others were clearly waiting or already being served as other reviewers have mentioned. This happened to me 5 times and only one of those occasions did the bar staff ask them to wait whilst he completed my order for 2 drinks. It was the guests not the staff who were being rude but the staff could be trained better to ignore these guests or ask them to wait (or go to the back of the queue).
