Reception staff were amazing so helpful .maintenance men were fab cleaners were lovely clean bedding on every single day and so friendly .animation team what can I say just wow they were fantastic and worked so hard all the time hotel was spotless food was lovely for all inclusive always plenty of choice every meal time .manageress in the Italian restaurant I can’t rwmbwe her name she had dark bobbed hair went above and beyond we loved her .overall fantastic hotel see you in 7 weeks 6 days can’t wait

Needs alot of money spending on the hotel it could be lovely .Animation team are lovely very kind to the kids worked very hard . Filthy rooms carpet is disgusting marks personally needs ripping out slides unsafe at times kids were running down no lifeguards anywhere if you order a drink u can only get one at a time in a plastic cup what looks like a tooth pot holder we got mugged up the streets walking back to the hotel took my purse which had the safe key in we had to wait 3 days for the lock Smith lucky we didn't fly back home for the next 6 days. Bar staff work hard long hours with not much help . Food is ok u can find so.think to eat . Also had to climb over the toilet door as we got locked in . Needs more staff

I cannot wait to book this place again, the staff, the entertainment, the whole complex is just incredible. The manger Nawal is amazing, so helpful and friendly to myself and my children. The hotel is so clean, huge and always plenty to do.
