Fitch Hotel

Could be a great hotel but some bad points. Good stuff first. Breakfast was really good. The room were chic. Comfy bed. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Nice pool with great views. Bad stuff: two days out three room wasn’t cleaned. At all. For the cost of this place do expect bed to be made at least. The sink in the bedroom was weird and smelt very funky. The glass window to the bathroom was very off putting. Don’t want to see my husband on the loo thank you very much. Been in another hotel which had this in Berlin. But there you could press a switch to make the glass opaque. Obviously Fitch had done this on the cheap. So overall not great.

From the moment we booked our stay, the experience felt truly special. The hotel’s design is lovely. very modern, stylish, and thoughtfully put together and the rooftop is an absolute highlight, offering a cool and memorable setting. What truly made our stay exceptional, however, was the outstanding hospitality led by John and his team. From the highly personalized pre-arrival experience to the beautifully hosted rooftop dinner with the chef and staff, every detail was handled with care. Every request we had was met with ease, all dietary requirements were perfectly accommodated, and even as our plans kept changing, the team adapted effortlessly. Their attention to detail and genuine commitment to guest satisfaction really stood out. They don’t just provide service, they actively think along with their guests. John, in particular, was simply exceptional and the driving force behind such a memorable stay. He went far beyond what you would normally expect, anticipating our needs before we even expressed them and ensuring everything felt seamless and effortless. His presence was warm, attentive, and genuinely caring, making us feel not just welcomed but truly valued. He was constantly involved, always available, and handled everything with such professionalism and ease that it elevated the entire experience. It is rare to come across someone so dedicated and passionate about hospitaly - John made our stay trully special. There were a couple of minor downsides: the rooms were somewhat dark, and upon arrival, the floors and bedding were not as clean as expected. However, once we mentioned this, it was immediately addressed, which we appreciated. Overall, this was a superb experience defined by top-notch care, respect, and exceptional hospitality. Largely thanks to John, this stay exceeded all expectations, and we would absolutely recommend this hotel and look forward to returning. Thank you John!

We had a lovely stay, staff were fantastic and couldn’t do enough for us! Pool was small and there were only 14 beds up there! But get there early and get a bed, free towels from reception! Breakfast was exceptional, cooked to order with lots of choice, coffee was very good too! My only disappointment was no balcony! Yes I would go back!
