Eva Marina Hotel

The 2* hotel is a few minutes from the beach and is perfect! I was there for 10 days at the end of May until 8th of June. My room was spotless, was cleaned every day by a very friendly young man and I got new sheets and towels every second day! The owners are so friendly and made me feel very welcome, their breakfast buffet and coffee was great. There were also some really tasty Greek delicacies in pastry and some Crêpes in Nutella! 😋 All in all I had a great stay and can highly recommend the Eva Marina!

We stayed at the Eva Marina hotel for two weeks. Although it is not a luxury hotel (after all, there are no such hotels in Matala), our stay was very pleasant and we have everything we need. The rooms are spacious enough, have a kettle and a fridge. The terrace is nice, while the hotel garden is beautiful. The staff is attentive and helpful (thanks to Anastasia and Ioannis). It is a very nice and cosy place in the centre of Matala village. Also, everything is near - beach, path to Red beach, bus station.

I stayed here for a few days while discovering the town of Matala. I found the hotel to be clean and cute in a great location. The owner/manager was extremely nice. If I travel to Matala again I would stay here again for sure. I was there in October 2018.
