EuroHotel Barcelona Diagonal Port

I stayed from the 13th to the 19th of June 2026. We liked a lot staying in this Hotel. It's clean and It has very good location, closed to the Sea and walking desistance from Shopping Mall. Excellent Service and very Friendly staff of is willing all the time to support and help you. Swimming Pool is a bit small but it's still acceptable. I would like to thank the full staff including but not limited to Reception (David / Andrea / Jawad / Puri / Laura) and Restaurant (Maya).

The location was okay for the price, a little far out from the centre but easy to rent mopeds and bikes to get around the city. The bed was comfortable and the view was nice, the mini fridge and toothbrushes/cups provided in the bathroom were handy. The breakfast was poor. Strange selection of food. lots of cakes, doughnuts and puddings. Very small plates and no cutlery, had to ask members of staff for knives and forks every time. The spread dispensers did not work and food was not being regularly replenished, so the selection was very limited at times. Our bedroom was dirty and dusty and there were old hairs in the corners of the room. the bathroom sink unit was covered in stains making it look constantly dirty. The bathroom mirror had toothpaste marks left from the previous guests. There was an awful smell of urine and drains coming from the toilet or bidet. The bathroom got extremely steamy after only a short shower so the door had to be left open as there was no ventilation. Water from the shower often escaped the tray and into the bathroom floor making it extremely slippy and wet. The room was extremely warm at times, at one point we discovered our ac had been set to 27 degrees with no way to cool it down apart from opening the windows. I had specified the occasion for our trip and hoped that some efforts would have been made to make our stay special or at least acknowledge our occasion but was left disappointed. I would not stay here again, it did not feel like good value for the money I spent.

Many services on website they currently do not offer to include gym. Poor service at hotel. Do not recommend.
