A lovely hotel, high standard of fixtures and fittings, staff were attentive and friendly. The rooms and communal areas were clean and in very good condition. The hotel was quiet and offered excellent value for money. The location is a 30 minute trip into the centre of Madrid but easily accessible on the metro and was worth the effort to be in an area a bit less frenetic.
Very friendly stuff, great breakfast, ultra clean room. Nice bar (sitting outside as well), shopping for food and some restaurants nearby. 30 minutes to city center with metro, metro in walking distance. Only down side: construction site near the hotel.
Keep up the excellent work, and I hope you will take my opinion into consideration in a future staff evaluation and, if possible, give the staff a raise. They are extremely polite and understanding. Having this kind of person working for a company makes all the difference and makes me want to return to your hotel.
