Eix Alcudia Hotel

The hotel itself was excellent. Its location was perfect, the service was of a very high standard, and all the staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was also truly fantastic and without a doubt deserves a 5 out of 5 rating. However, I am giving an overall score of 4 out of 5. The reason for this has nothing to do with the hotel itself, but rather with the behavior of some of the guests. Early in the morning, sun loungers by the pool were reserved by placing towels on them, making it difficult for other guests to find a spot. In addition, some people seemed to be afraid there would not be enough breakfast, regularly pushing ahead without consideration for others. These negative aspects were entirely due to a number of rude tourists and not the hotel itself. Overall, I had a wonderful holiday and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Better than expected! We are about to finish a great weeks holiday here,and to be fare,we're going to miss it. No it's not on the seafront with " views to die for" but what it lacks there,is more than made up for in the Staff and food dept. Some people criticised the lack of choices in food....from what we have seen,vast majority of guests are going for refills 3/4/5 times!!! That has to account for something. All the staff we came into contact with were very friendly and obliging.Housekeeping was meticulous, not pushy,we're not the type of people to have bed linen changed every day, what's the point,mid week was ample.Towels on shower floor when dirty..Plenty of w/ robe space for 2 adults with more than enough hangers.Room tastefully decorated. Carpeted hallway,so no noise from suitcase wheels.Tourist tax and safe paid for at c/ in,11" tablet fitted perfect. ( Key operation)walking distance to the beach,and shops. No hesitation in recommending it to anyone, next visit we will book a pool view..👌Thanks for the memories. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿🫶

Great position to stay as it's within easy walking of things. Best part of this hotel is it's staff, from reception to bar and restaurant all so very friendly and helpful. Not forgetting the room cleaners and handymen who also are great. Thanks for wonderful fortnight and, hopefully, return some day.
