Great stay

Fantastic staff with friendly animarion team. Love the actives around the pool. A big shout out to chiko and the team. The food is very good with wide range to choose from. Drinks are amazing too

THE WORST HOTEL I EVER GONE TO !!!!!!

THIS HOTEL IS HORRIBEL belive mi or not i swear to allah my god that it is the worst hotel i ever gone to tunisia , i went to tunis 7 yimes and this is the worst trust me , the hotel is not clean the food is horribel that my brother and my mom got sick after itin in it the rooms are too small and not clean and THIR IS NO INTERNET IN THE ROOMS , the pool smels like pee and the water park smels like toilet water miksed with pee , the animaition crew is med and DONT EVER GO TO EDEN CLUB RESORT OR HOTEL go to shara beach or magic skanes or palm beach or anything in monastir dont go to eden club!!!!

Where do i start.... if you want a hoilday were you are treated amazingly this hotel is for you ... all the staff are so kind and helpful alwaya happy to see you with smiling faces and couldnt do more for you, we all had a great time and we made some really good friends with alot of the staff members, the reception staff helped with our bags helped pick an amazing room, one of the children left there phone on the coach they rang around and got it back for us, the bar staff were so lovely helped carry our drinks to our seats day and night, at the restaurant they made sure to put flowers on our table every night and had drinks served the minute we got there, the entertainment staff were out of this world they were fun, helpful energetic, anything we needed or wanted they helped with we had such a great time, 8 of us went with us being 2 female adults and 6 children ages ranging from 7 up to 16, we felt safe and welcomed the whole time, all the staff remembered our names and always asked how we was when we saw each member and checked on us regularly as well they were always happy and smiling.... we will definitely be back it was truly an amazing place ❤️❤️❤️
