Ammenities were ok but expected a little more for the price.
First let’s get the positives out of the way, great location and the beds were comfortable. Upon arrival/entrance there were abandoned cars full of graffiti and muck and attached on to a takeaway. We entered to what they like to call a ‘reception’ the lady was in no rush to talk or prioritise us so me and my husband proceeded to stand there extremely uncomfortable and second guessing if we’re even in a holiday apartment. After the lady kindly finished her personal phone call she asked if we had checked in online, we had not been told to do this so obviously we hadn’t, she asked us to send her a WhatsApp message saying ‘Hello’ so we could start the check in process.. very professional. After we finally checked in and headed up to our room filled with regret, the lift was dirty with stains on the floor and an eerie atmosphere. As we opened our door the stench that came out was unreal it absolutely stunk I rushed to open the patio doors. Patio table and chairs was old and dirty and I wouldn’t have used the kitchen if my life depended on it. Walls paper thin so you can hear everyone and everything. Safe to say we won’t be going back and we wiped out feet on the way out. I wouldn’t even give this 1 star if I could.
If I could give this minus stars I would! Photos attached are what should’ve been and what is .Arrived late at night it was like walking into a crack den. Cars with no numb plates all graffiti rubbish room across the floor pool all locked up and hidden away when we were shown to our room the left to get to floor seven was so dirty it looked like somebody had been killed previously in this the lights to the hallway didn’t work we had to our phones to light the way. The door frame to our hotel room was scraped all the way down the door as you will see in the photo was mouldy halfway Kitchen was terrible bedroom nothing like photos paid extra for a balcony for Seaview but couldn’t sit out there because somebody was either growing weed or smoking weed and the smell was intolerable. Sat down and decided we didn’t feel safe. The room was untidy and nothing looked like any of the photos so immediately booked another hotel to be told there was no refunds when we went back the next day eventually got half my money back after numerous messages by the Ryanair rooms chat don’t waste your money it’s not worth it
