E'bel Boutique Hotel

I chose Ebet BoutiqueHotel based on recent reviews. I communicated directly with hotel for reservations. I DO NOT BOOK booking.com nor Airbnb if I can book directly. Third party charges hotel a fee plus you get least desirable room in hotel. Juri was my contact and I requested a balcony. He did not require a credit card to reserve and confirmed balcony. Upon arrival Juri was there and checked me in. Oh my heavens an incredible young man who I felt I’ve known for years. Fantastic over the top beautiful room with balcony. Rate included buffet breakfast. I normally get room without but that wasn’t an option. So first morning I put on my feed bag and enjoyed the amazing food choices and their awesome espresso machine. Breakfast room was on floor 3. Seating was sort of outside but well covered plus you could see and hear traffic in the round about in front of the hotel. FYI, the hotel is set on a pedestrian short street and only experienced drivers know its whereabouts. I had a private transfer from Himare and he found it immediately saying he is related to owner. Juri suggested important sites for me. I followed his lead next morning. I met Aurora first morning who is also an absolute delight. Together, Juri and Aurora planned my time in incredibly amazing Tirana. I did everything they suggested. A city walking tour, best restaurant neighborhoods. I took a bus tour to Buvilla (lake Bovilla reservoir) which Aurora reserved for me. On the drive up with many stops for more tourists and the crazy winding dirt road which shook every fiber of my body, what seemed like hours was maybe 2. Getting to the top and walking up a rocky path, the views were shockingly incredible. I was so happy. Photos posted. Free Walking tour booked on Walkative.com. Which I’ve participated all over Poland. Always the best of the city. Wandered on my own to Bunk-Art 1 and went underground. Talked to man at the end asking questions and he was full of history which he also remembered under the Russian Dictator Enver Hoxha from 1944-1985. That history blew my socks off. The dictator was paranoid and built 750,000 concrete military bunkers. You have to see Bunk-Art (Albanian for bunker). Last full day…taxi to Dajti Mountain and cable car to the top. Heavenly. I rode up with a restaurant worker at the top and later met him again in the restaurant for an authentic Albanian dish his mother makes. He is the head waiter. Fab photos from the top and ride up and down. Then I walked to Bunk-Art No. 1, the largest.its hard describe. A number of stories below ground with rooms that was barracks of several rooms. This too was incredible. I knew nothing about Albania 3 people from Kraków suggested I visit. Juri recommended next door neighbor for seafood. The Spaghetti House and I had delicious grilled calamari one night, sea bass another and last early dinner before flight sautéed shellfish. Do not look at other hotels. This the best of the best!❤️🇦🇱

Luxury room was very spacious with a king size bed plus a sofa bed for a 3rd person or 2 kids. Shower was good and separate toilet was an added convenience. Sockets and USB charging was plentiful. Kettle, coffee maker and small fridge were great. Location is a little out of town but no more than 20min walk into the city centre with many cafes and stores on the way. Taxi rank just on the corner and mall opposite. Breakfast was a let down, they serve from 7.30 to 11 but even at 8.30 many things had run out including tea bags! Good job i wasn’t paying extra or I would have been really annoyed.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Ebel Hotel in Tirana, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, the receptionist made us feel incredibly welcome. She was warm, attentive, and consistently helpful throughout our stay, always greeting us with a smile and making sure we had everything we needed. The dining experience was equally impressive. The two dinner waiters in the restaurant were truly exceptional. One of them, Lanti stood out for his friendliness and professionalism, and although we didn’t catch the other waiter’s name, he was just as attentive and accommodating. Together, they made every dinner feel special. At breakfast, the service continued to shine. The server was very pleasant and helpful, ensuring everything was well taken care of and creating a relaxed, enjoyable start to each day. As for the hotel itself, Ebel Hotel is a true gem. It’s a beautifully run boutique hotel that combines comfort, style, and outstanding service. Every detail felt thoughtfully considered, and it genuinely exceeded our expectations. We would absolutely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tirana!
