Crystallo Apartments

I have just spent a lovely two weeks in Paphos, staying at Crystallo Apartments. Once again, I had an amazing time. A huge thank you to George, Stathis, and the rest of the staff, who made me feel so welcome throughout my stay. The accommodation was excellent, and the friendly atmosphere made my holiday even more enjoyable. I can't wait for my next visit and would highly recommend Crystallo Apartments to anyone visiting Paphos. Thank you again for another wonderful stay!

Stay for 2 adults and our almost 3 year old Son. Perfect stay. Very spacious apartment in a quiet area just 5/10 minutes walk from the main entrance to the promenade. Aircon worked well and bins were emptied daily. Kitchenette in the studio was great and had all utensils you’d need. Fridge, microwave and hob too. Check in was quick, stairs only which is fine for us. No complaints and price was very reasonable.

Terrible room. Booked a pool view, to be told that depends on availability when you arrive. Had a block of flats to look at. Electrics unsafe, toaster blew the electrics, furniture heavily stained . Couldn’t use the cooker, melted switches, cracked glass electric rings, taps cracked, shower heads black, no shower screen on one shower. Booked a superior room, very dissatisfied. Complained to booking. Com and the apartment and had no response. Nothing like the images advertised. Staff friendly and good location. Did have cleaners every day which was good, but you can’t maintain electrics and remove heavily stained furniture.
