Great location in the old town but if you are wanting a lazy morning in bed then this is not the hotel to stay. At 9am the cleaners arrive in the corridor and it’s like two school girls who haven’t seen each other for 30 years. They screamed and shouted to each other and when I asked them to be quiet they then stood outside my door and whistled at their loudest volume. It was impossible to have a relaxing morning and each day was the same. Very rude and lack any consideration for guests.

Can't write a full review as I have not checked in yet! Turned up at 1.45pm and was told that I would need to wait for a room to become available. It is now almost 4 and I have still not been assigned a room. The "official check in time" is 4pm apparently. The annoying thing is that I have watched numerous other people show up and be given rooms immediately. I was told that their were given priority cleaning because they paid more for their rooms. This could be a nice hotel, I don't know yet. But they should make it clear that if you book a cheaper room you can't expect to get a key card before 4pm. Here's my suggestion to the hotel - employ more cleaning staff. And make it clear on the website that the check in time is 4pm, and those paying more get priority.

Amazing hotel . Staff are so friendly and will do anything they can to help . Alberto you are a diamond . Love this hotel . Would come back in a heart beat and central to lots of places
